Get help with Zoopy

Email zoopy.ops@gmail.com and a person will reply. It helps to say which phone you use, the hunt you mean and roughly when something happened.

I'm not getting alerts

1. Check notifications are allowed for Zoopy in your phone's settings, and that a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode isn't hiding them.
2. In Zoopy, check the hunt is switched on and not muted, and look at your quiet hours.
3. Check your alert filters. If you hide dealer, salvage or damaged listings, matches with those tags only show in your feed.
4. Remember that on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook keeps new listings out of public search for about six to seven minutes in our tests, and paces are targets.

Cancel a subscription

Zoopy subscriptions are billed and renewed by Apple or Google, so you cancel with them. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

• iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Zoopy, then Cancel Subscription.
• Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Zoopy, then Cancel subscription.

Store menus change from time to time; Apple's and Google's own help pages have the latest steps.

Refunds

Payments go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in our terms takes away a right the consumer law of your country gives you.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstall Zoopy or move to a new phone, sign in with the same phone number, then tap Restore on the plans screen or Restore purchases on your subscription screen.

Delete your account

In the app, open the You tab, then Account, then Delete account (steps and the no-app route are on the delete your account page). This permanently removes your profile, hunts, matches, saved listings and push tokens. It does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
