Delete your Zoopy account

You can delete your Zoopy account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, hunts, matches, saved listings, flips, alert settings and the push tokens of your phones. It cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Zoopy and go to the You tab.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Before you delete, you can save a copy of your data: on the You tab, under Account, tap Export my data.

Without the app

Email zoopy.ops@gmail.com from any address and give the phone number you sign in with. We confirm it is your account, delete it and reply when it is done.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple or Google bill it, so cancel it with them first, as shown on the support page. Otherwise the store keeps renewing it.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you stays in Zoopy's database. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their policies. See the privacy policy.
